E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Web Hosting
If you have a cloud web hosting plan with our company and you create an e-mail address in your account, you will be able to forward it with only a few clicks to another e-mail address of your preference. The feature can be enabled whenever you make a new mailbox or whenever you want afterwards and disabled just as quickly in case you change your mind. This can be done from the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you will control your account. In addition, you will have the option to choose whether a copy of the incoming messages will remain on our servers or not. The benefit of this feature is that you will always have a backup on your end if anything occurs with the other mailbox or maybe it's not active for reasons unknown at the time a message is forwarded. In case the option is not active, an e-mail will be received, forwarded and removed from our system no matter if the remote e-mail address is operating or not, so it can be quite a wise decision for it to be active just to be on the safe side.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
For people with a semi-dedicated server through us, you will need simply a few mouse clicks in the Email Manager area of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward the e-mails created on our end to a third-party e-mail address. Inside the very same section you will also be able to observe how many of your mailboxes are forwarded and exactly where the inbound e-mails are going. It is possible to enable or deactivate a forwarding account at any time and throughout the process you could also choose whether a backup of the messages should be kept in our system or not. Even if this feature isn't a necessity, it's very handy as you will get a backup copy of the messages on our end in case that anything happens with the third-party email address. Even when they've got only a short-term problem, you run the risk of losing emails as once our server gets and forwards an e-mail message, absolutely nothing will be kept on our end unless you selected a copy to be stored.
